English Teacher for Kids & Adult

Qualifications & experiences:
Experienced in teaching children, teenagers, and adults min. 1 year
Proficient in TOEFL ITP (500) or Duolingo (95)
Skilled in understanding diverse learning styles
Experienced in creating lesson plans for classes
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Willing to take initiative and responsibility
Open-minded, creative, and eager to learn new things
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Willing to be placed in Medan
Tasks & responsibilities:
Create & deliver engaging lessons
Classroom management
Assess student progress & provide individualized support
Motivate, inspire students, & provide constructive feedback
Adapt lessons for different ages & learning styles
Maintain records & documentation
Continuously Improve Teaching Methods
