OPERATION SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION [Kualanamu Airport]
Key Accountabilities:
Assis the management of daily operational activities
Collaboration with Logistic team, Finance, HR related to administration report.
Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
Handle Airport Pass application
Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
Preparing and Manage Shop/Office supplies
Monitoring and managing staff Time Keeping, Absenteeism, Leave, Staff Overtime, identifying actions to be taken and ensuring policies are followed.
Input the stock transfer order (STO) in the SAP system
Specific Requirements:
Good command of English.
Understanding of basic retail concepts.
MS. Office and familiar with SAP
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Desirable: At least 2 Year(s) of shop work experience in Retail / Duty Free
Excelled in Excel is a must, VLOOKUP , Pivot table, etc.
