IT Technical Support

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Informatics Technique, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
Experience with installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
In depth knowlegde LAN & WAN, OS
Understand server, conference equipment and CCTV
Certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
At least 3 years work experience
Good medical record 
Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
Strong oral and written communication skills with proficiency in English (minimum B2 upper intermediate certification)
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Self motivated and able to work in at team
Employment type : full time
