The Corporate Internal Auditor Expert will be responsible for ensuring that audits address areas of concern relative to the goals, performance objectives, and impact of a variety of economic, financial, and managerial programs in conformance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a background in FMCG/Manufacturing and minimal 5 years of auditing experience.

Job Descriptions:

Ensure that audits address area of concern relative to the goals, performance objectives, and impact of a variety of economic, financial & managerial programme in conformance with Company policies & procedures

Responsible for managing & delivering planned & ad-hoc audits risk-based approach that aim to value-add the business operations

Monitor audit activities on respective business process to ensure compliance, cost efficiency, avoid operational risk & improve the effectiveness of business process

Initiate collaboration with other groups/organizations on projects or methods of operating

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering or Accounting major

FMCG/Manufacturing background

At least 5 years of auditing experience

Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations

Experience with audit management tools and software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Descriptions:

Robust, accurate and timely in the preparation of Cost Plan and Bills of Quantities from early design information including budget costs for feasibility studies.

Building Cost Data Base and expanding current vendor list including sourcing quotations from domestic and international Suppliers and Contractors and ensure they are pre-qualified.

Assist and review the Requests for Proposals (RFP), Scopes of Works (SoW), tender clarifications, tender questionnaires, tender recommendations, price / cost comparisons, negotiating and tender report.

Proactively identifies inefficiencies in existing operations, procedures, documentation and systems, suggests solutions to these issues and discusses with management and actively involved in the development and improvement.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or other related major.

At least 5 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor in manufacturing or contractors.

Experience using Ms Office & Project management software preferred.

Excellent command of English both in spoken and written.

Strong communication, negotiation skills, creative to initiate problem-solving.

Self driven, Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Results-oriented and dynamic person with many initiatives and high energy levels.

Able and willing to do business trip across Indonesia.

Job Descriptions:

Implement the strategic planning through the financial activity and report investigation towards some suspected cases to optimize the investigation process.

Identify financial investigation resources (manpower, financial activity, financial report, and historical data) to optimize the investigation process.

Conduct and Implement the financial investigation by gathering the information through interviewing the individuals and analyzing the relevant documentation to prove and disprove the financial allegations.

Coordinate the implementation continuous improvement and sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc.)

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree on accounting, criminal justice, business administration, fraud management or economic crime or any related field.

Minimum 5 years experience, preferably from management consulting in forensic area.

Fluent in English
