Pump Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement comprehensive production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled production workers to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer specifications.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to minimize stockouts and optimize inventory costs.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in pump manufacturing or a similar industry.
Strong leadership abilities with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Deep knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality control systems.
Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on detail and quality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
