REGIONAL PROJECT MANAGER (Telecommunication Company)

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree of Telecommunication or related majors.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager in Telecomunication Company.
Competent Written and Spoken English skills.
Competent in Microsoft Excel
Willing to work overtime, can work under pressure, willing to work on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday (If neccessary)
Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation

Job Responsibilities:
Assists Project Director in completing the organizational structure, responsibility definition, and appraisal mechanism of the delivery team, and takes responsibility for the progress and quality of engineering construction.
Assists Project Drector in formulating and optimizing the comprehensive site delivery solution and site delivery SOP process.
According to the requirements of project objectives, formulate the project progress baseline plan, dismantle and returning plan, and accept the plan. Support the plan control manager to complete the integration of project plans.
Supervises and manages the engineering team (including subcontractors) to ensure that the engineering quality meets the requirements of contract acceptance. Outputs engineering implementation documents and promotes site acceptance.
Make Rollout plan, analyzes the engineering progress and GAP, and handles major engineering delivery problems.
