Assistant Manager – BOS (Branch Operation Services)

Job Descriptions:
Assist in the daily operations of the Branches Operation related matters and prepare management reports and feedback to the management
Assist in agent recruitment process in the area of issuance and update agent codes, agency structure and related matter
Prepare and issue official correspondences on agent termination, promotion and demotion
Assist in cashier operation including daily cash and cheque bank-in, reconciliation of receipt with Daily Receipt Listing and etc from time to time
Assist in counter operation including checking and reserving lot, serving call-in or walk-in customer and agents
Assist in preparation of daily Branches Sales Performance and Collection report
Assist in branches product purchase order requisition and product price setting
Assist in Branch Co-ordinator/ Administrator with the objective to ensure smooth and systematic running of branch operation a compliance of branch daily operational towards Head Office policies, procedures and guideline
Assist in collection and registry related matter
Others task or duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Supervise marketing department in organizing corporate and sales activities such as NV Star Award, Presentation, Annual Dinner, Launching and others
Control marketing departmental project expenditure
Monitor the progress of marketing events and sponsorship programs.
Prepare notice and memo regarding to marketing department
Oversee day to day operation and administration of the training department
Oversee day to day operation and administration of the marketing department
Responsible for agent recruitment process in the area of issuance and update agent codes, agency structure and etc
Responsible for the process of official correspondences on agent termination, promotion and demotion
Responsible for monthly agency manpower and active agents report and analysis
Responsible for branch operation administration and report.
Supervise the operational and administration of customer service
Make sure all administration and documents of purchasing, marketing, training and branch operation are according to SOP and ISO requirement.
