Export/Import/EMKL Admin
Qualifications & experiences:
Max 30 years
D3/S1 Any field
Excellent communication skills and hardworking
Good written and spoken on Bahasa also English (if can Mandarin, is a plus point)
Having knowledge about Export & Import procedure (preferable)
Show high interest and dedication on daily works
Placement will be in Medan
Tasks & responsibilities:
Coordinating import/export procedure, customer service and document team
Checking import/export permit and custom clearance process including HS Code, shipping docs, and custom docs, shipping docs especially PIB before submission
Sharing and update regulation about export/import & custom clearance also Resolve problems that may appear in custom process
Monitoring and coordinating operation custom team
Coordinate container movement in delivery/stuffing process with trucking team
Proficient in navigating Customs Systems (Bea Cukai) to generate PEB & PIB efficiently, In-depth understanding and execution of both Export and Import Customs Processes.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with Customs officers and clients.
Regularly update the team with relevant information and changes in customs regulations and shipping documentation.
