Requirements:
Bachelor Degree Majoring in Psychology/Human Resource/Management.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Min. 5 years working experience as HR Manager
Understand about Indonesia labor law regulation
Willing to be placed at Remote area (Asahan, Sumatera Utara)
This is 2 years contract based employment

Job Details:
Managing All HRD & GA Daily Activities
Supervised & Controlling All Human Resources Matters
Recruitment, Manpower Control, Payroll, BPJS, Medical Reimbursement and etc.
Supervise & Control GA matter eg. Building Operation, Vehicle Operation, Driver, etc.
Supervise & Control Industrial Relation Matters
Responsible on Company Regulation
External Relation with Goverment Institution
In Charge of Making Employment Contract
etc.
