Operasional dan Office Manager

Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan S1 Manajemen HR / Psikologi / Hukum
Usia antara 35 - 45 tahun
Mampu berbahasa Inggris dan Mandarin ( lebih diutamakan )
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 th diposisi yang sama / Branch Manager, pada perusahaan dibidang Heavy Equipment / Transportasi / Forwarding / EMKL / PBM
Berpengalaman dalam mengelola target penjualan, operasional dan pelayanan terhadap customer
Memiliki wawasan tentang operasional Heavy Equipment / Transportasi / Forwarding / EMKL / PBM
Menguasai tentang PHI, legalitas perusahaan, UU Ketenagakerjaan
Memiliki kemampuan rekrutmen dan pembinaan karyawan
Memiliki strong leadership
