MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
SJA MT Program is a development program to prepare future leaders. You will have the opportunity to understand business processes through experiential learning in various departments, do some improvement projects, and collaborate with the experts.

SCOPE OF MT:
1. Marketing
2. Operation

Selection Process:
Screening & Pre-Selection > Online Test 1&2 > Interview 1 > Business Simulation > Interview 2 > Medical Check Up > Onboard.

We Are Calling for:
Fresh Graduates, or those with a maximum work experience of 2 years, who:
Have a minimum GPA of 3.25 (S1) or 3.5 (S2).
Graduated from Management, Engineering (Machine, Electro, Chemistry, Informatics), Statistics, Economics, and Finance Major.
Have an internship experience at least min. 3 months.
Have experience in leading teams and actively engage in extracurricular activities or organizations.
Open-minded, have good learning agility, and have an updated understanding of industry trends.
Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
