Area Sales Manager Bancassurance Area Medan

Job Duties:
To meet agreed sales targets by managing/motivating a team of PFCs and developing and managing relationships with Permata Bank Area, Senior Managers, Branch Managers and Regional Insurance Specialists.

Requirements:
University graduate in any discipline with Bachelor Degree;
A minimum of 4 years experience in selling to individual customers;
Has led a team of at least three staff in a sales management role;
Being ‘sales orientated’, self motivated and keen to succeed;
Having excellent and proven communication skills;
Must not have been a self-employed Insurance Agent or Agency Manager within the past two years.
