Responsibilities:
Responsible for all personnel administration process cycles, recruitment, people development, industrial relations, general affairs, et cetera.
Make a strategy and plan for human resources.
Maintain HR system and regulation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, social science, or related disciplines Excellent interpersonal skills
More than 7 years’ experience.
Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
Demonstrated autonomy, motivation, and commitment; ability to deliver within deadlines
Strong coordination, communication, and networking skills
Good written and spoken English
Multi-tasking skills
