Saat ini, PT Meratus Line & Group membuka lowongan kerja di kota Medan, Sumatera Utara untuk posisi berikut ini:

1. MERATUS STAR PROGRAM – FINANCE

Purpose:
Develop young talents in Finance to prepare them for managerial roles within the Meratus Management Team.

Program Details:
1-Year Training: Includes online learning, on-the-job training, business exposure, project finalization, and evaluation.
2-Year Assignment: As Business Controller or in a managerial-level Finance role.
Performance-Based Benefits Adjustment: Employment benefits will be reviewed and enhanced at each phase based on individual performance.
Sponsored by Meratus CEO and Talent Committee. Employment will be reviewed after 12 months.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Accounting from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.5).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance (Investment, M&A, or similar roles), or experience in Big 4 audit firms.
Advanced Excel skills and proven leadership experience.

2. MERATUS STAR PROGRAM – LEGAL

Program Purpose:
Develop young talents in Legal to prepare them for managerial roles within the Meratus Management Team and build a career in the shipping industry.

Program Details:
1-Year Training: Includes online learning, on-the-job training, business exposure, project finalization, and evaluation.
2-Year Assignment: Placement in managerial-level roles within the Legal team.
Performance-Based Benefits Adjustment: Employment benefits will be reviewed and enhanced at each phase based on individual performance.
Sponsored by Meratus Leadership Team, with employment reviewed after 12 months.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.5).
Strong interest in pursuing a career in the legal and shipping industry.
Advanced business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken, minimum C1

3. MERATUS STAR PROGRAM – SENIOR LOGISTIC

Program Purpose:
Develop experienced logistics professionals to take on senior leadership roles within Meratus, driving operational and strategic excellence.

Program Overview:
10-Month Training: Includes hands-on leadership assignments, managing commercial, operations, systems, and people across branches, with performance evaluations.
Performance-Based Benefits Adjustment: Employment benefits will be reviewed and enhanced after 10 months based on performance.
Sponsored by Meratus Leadership Team, with employment reviewed after 10 months.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics or a similar industry.
Proven exposure as a branch or team leader, managing commercial, operational, and team performance.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving results and fostering collaboration.
Analytical thinker, fast learner, innovative, agile, and a strong team player.

4. MERATUS STAR PROGRAM – SHIPPING BUSINESS (LINER)

Program Purpose:
Our talent development pipeline is focused on preparing young, high-potential Business Managers for senior roles within Meratus. The program is designed to develop future leaders in Liner Shipping Logistics, equipping them to contribute to the company’s growth and success in the shipping industry.

Program Overview:
1-Year Development: Includes online learning through Meratus Academy, on-the-job training, technical competency tests, hands-on projects, and evaluation reviews to understand Shipping Business processes.
2-Year Assignment: Participants are assigned to a permanent role with targets to be achieved, leading to potential promotion to Branch Manager.
Performance-Based Benefits Adjustment: Employment benefits will be reviewed and enhanced at each phase based on individual performance

Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in the shipping logistics industry, with exposure to Liner Shipping operations and team management.
Proven experience as a branch or team leader, managing commercial, operational, and system processes.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving operational excellence and fostering teamwork.
