Datra Internusa is looking for: PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Medan/Surabaya/Makassar/Balikpapan Area).

Job Description:
– Plan and coordinate project development activities
– Supervise project development team
– Identify and approach new sales leads
– Identify client needs and match available products/ services to address those needs
– Deliver sales pitch to potential leads
– Prepare and manage all phases of tender process
– Maintain networking activities with clients, owners, and subcontractors
– Achieve sales target

Requirements:
– Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major, preferable from Civil or Architect major
– Having experience as sales manager/ related position for at least 2 years
– Having experience in construction or building material industry is a must
– Excellent in communication and negotiation is a must
– Strong in professional networking
– Domicile in Medan/Surabaya/Makassar/Balikpapan
– Willing to attend training in Jakarta
