Project Mechanical Engineer

What you'll be doing?
Designing, planning and managing mechanical engineering projects, including the installation, maintenance and optimisation of production equipment and systems
Conducting feasibility studies, cost estimates and risk assessments to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical engineering solutions with other disciplines
Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
Providing technical guidance and support to operations teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and efficiency
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices in mechanical engineering
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering and production processes

What we're looking for?
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry
Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, project management, and process optimisation
Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools and data analysis
Familiar with OSBL & ISBL P&ID, PFD, Equipment List, Piping Specification in oil & gas industry
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
