Excavator CAT kelas 20 – ton yang dibuat di Indonesia dijual ke sektor pertambangan, kehutanan, konstruksi dan pertanian pasar di seluruh Indonesia.
Pabrik di Cileungsi yang dibuka pada 1982 difokuskan memproduksi excavator dan skidder. Perusahaan menyetujui rencana memproduksi tiga kali lipat excavator di lokasi tersebut dari kapasitas awal sebesar 1.290 unit per tahun.
Saat ini, PT Caterpillar Indonesia membuka rekrutmen untuk mengisi posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements:
Moderate level of English language fluency
College or university degree in an engineering or-related discipline and equivalent
5 years of work-related experience and TPM implementation
Able to operate computer and common business software
Knowledge in systems utilization and facility / plant engineering concepts
Understanding of IFM methodologies and implementation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Thorough knowledge of various engineering, manufacturing and / or maintenance standards and practices and manufacturing systems
Good written and oral communication and presentation skills
Good human relations, interpersonal and collaboration skills
2. Fabrication Supervisor
Requirements:
College or university degree in an operations-related discipline
Minimum of 2 (two) years prior experience in strategic planning and supervisory experience
Minimum of 5 (five) years’ experience in Shop floor or Fabrication and have a mechanical aptitude
Proficient with all Microsoft office products.
Willing to work outside of normal work hours including overtime and alternate shifts.
Thorough knowledge of Welding and Fabrication.
3. Test Manufacturing Engineer
Requirements:
University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree.
Minimum of 3 years as a Machining Engineer or related role.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts related to testing process.
Able to read of the mechanical Drawing.
Able to read of the hydraulic schematic diagram.
Able to read of the electrical schematic diagram.
Thorough knowledge of Hydraulic System.
Able to create 3D design is a plus.
Have programming skill such as C/C++ or VB is a plus.
Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
4. Assembly Manufacturing Engineer
Requirements:
University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree.
Minimum of 3 years as a Machining Engineer or related role.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts related to assembly process.
Able to read of the mechanical Drawing.
Thorough knowledge of Torqueing process.
Understand of the hydraulic schematic diagram.
Understand of the electrical schematic diagram.
Thorough knowledge of Hydraulic System.
Able to create 3D design is a plus.
Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
5. Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer II
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical degree
Having minimum of 5 (five) years experiences in steel fabrication
Proficient level English, communication and writing
Proficiently in 3D Drawing software, Microsoft Office, etc.
Proficient in GD&T
6. Demand and Order Analyst
Requirements:
College or university degree related to Supply Chain, or equivalent experience, is required
Having at least 3 to 7 years’ experience in similar role.
Having 3 to 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment especially in Marketing, Sales and or Demand management, or SCM in general.
APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification desired
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization and communication skills
Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures
7. Supplier Development Engineer
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably in engineering
Minimum of 8 – 10 years of job-related experience
An engineering or manufacturing background plus familiarity with manufacturing processes (specific on Welding) used to produce components and assemblies for Caterpillar Products
Knowledge of shop operations and maintenance procedures
Good presentation skills
Good human relation/communication skills as well as possess the potential for leadership is required to develop a cooperative
working relationship with others inside and outside of Caterpillar
Solid ability to use and demonstrate statistical and problem-solving tools
8. Environmental, Health and Safety Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Field
Minimum of 6 to 9 years previous job-related experience
Strong understanding of Environmental/Health/Safety regulations
Excellent human relations and communications skills
Fluent in English
9. Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical degree
Having minimum of 2 (two) years experiences in steel fabrication
Proficient level English, communication and writing
Proficiently in 3D Drawing software, Microsoft Office, etc.
Proficient in GD&T
10. EHS Specialist
Requirements:
Requests a bachelor’s degree of safety management and a thorough knowledge of safety regulation
Minimum 1 (one)year of experience in safety management
Good abilities of analysis, consequence and diagnosis
Proficient with computer and English in speaking and writing
Having AK3 Umum Certification
11. Quality Specialist
Requirements:
