Kualifikasi Kandidat
Kami mencari individu yang beraspirasi dan antusias untuk berkarir di Human Resource. Berikut adalah kualifikasi minimum untuk kandidat yang berminat:
Warga Negara Indonesia
Pendidikan minimum Sarjana S1 dari semua jurusan (minimum IPK 3.00 dari 4.00)
Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik secara verbal dan tulisan (minimum skor TOEFL IBT 90 / skor PBT 500, atau skor IELTS 6.0, atau skor TOEIC 600)
Fresh graduates atau kandidat dengan pengalaman kerja maksimum 2 tahun
USia maksimum 26 tahun pada saat tanggal bergabung.
Tahapan Pelatihan
Program ini berdurasi satu tahun.
Tahap 1: Foundation
Tahap 2: Technical Knowledge & Soft Skill
Tahap 3: Hands-on Projects
Tahun ke 4: Certification Human Resources Program (CHRP)

Electrical & Instrument Engineer (North Sumatera)
Job Descriptions:
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of electrical maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set.
Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing instruments and electrical equipment.
Ensure calibration is on schedule.
Make improvements by modifying equipment / electrical machinery.
Coordinate the implementation of the project related to the scope of its work field to fit the targets set.
Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and Ensure Correction action is implemented if there is a deviation.
Running Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.
Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
Responsible for the development of employees in electrical section.
Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all electrical equipment / equipment and environmental hygiene (environment) in the work location.
Review, evaluate and submit daily reports, weekly and monthly sections to the dept. Head.
Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from officers / foreman.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess in Bachelor Degree in Electrical Eng.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience as electrical in mining, automotive, manufacture industry, or related field
Hard skills: lubricant training; maintenance and repair training
Soft skills: Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint, Ms. Access; Database; SAP; FleetMex
Willing to be located in Deli Serdang, North Sumatera
