FIELD RESEARCHER (MEDAN)

Job Description:
– Conduct field research through qualitative and quantitative methods.
– Conduct ethnographic research.
– Define, plan, and execute research with the most appropriate methods.
– Communicate insights and identify opportunity areas of improvement.
– Collaborate with stakeholders from different divisions.
– Usability testing.
– Participation design.    

Requirements:
– Has a bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in: Computer Science, HCI, Psychology, and Anthropology.
– Minimum 1 year experience in conducting end-to-end research.
– Experience in field data collection or fieldwork.
– Experience with focus group discussion.
– Experience with data collection and reporting.
– Understand research methods.
– Strong understanding of quantitative data analysis and statistics.
– Exceptional behavioral data collection and analysis skills.
– Evidently has a balanced view of user empathy and pragmatism for business needs.
– Fluency in Indonesian and English communications (both verbal and written).
– A portfolio demonstrating past works.
– Willing to travel to Jakarta and other cities.
