1. Management Trainee Service Department Head

Job Descriptions:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the department
Plan and coordinate service activities, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control
Ensure high customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality services
Evaluate department performance and implement necessary improvements
Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:
Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in service management or any related field
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related major
Minimum GPA of 3.25
Knowledge of service management software and hardware
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Willing to be located throughout Indonesia

2. Management Trainee Administration Department Head

Job Descriptions:
Review and analyze potential risk, and provide insight to inform strategic decision-making
Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for management and other stakeholders
Support day to day operation of the finance administration
Building relationships with the government, banks, companies, leasing institutions, and the community
Monitoring accounting and management processes

Requirements:
Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditor or other related field.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Have a Good analytical thinking, interpersonal & leadership skills, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules
Have a good knowledge about budget planning and financial reporting
Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.

3. IT Auditor

Job Descriptions:
Conduct audits of IT systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with IT teams to understand software programming and system control mechanisms.
Prepare detailed audit reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Conduct risk assessment and analyze system vulnerabilities.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to IT auditing.

Requirements:
Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in IT Auditing, IT governance, risk management, IT compliance, or network security.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity (Information Security).
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, software programming, and system control.
Familiarity with penetration testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High analytical skills and proactive approach to problem solving.
Understanding of auditing principles and practice is highly preferred.

4. Project Management Associate

Job Descriptions:
Plan, update, and oversee civil engineering end-to-end projects, from creating Bill of Quantity (BQ), initial design, scheduling, and construction execution.

Able to use AutoCAD.

6. Corporate Strategic & Productivity

Job Descriptions:

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in consultant or business consultant focusing on mining/energy sectors.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, and Marketing.
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Proficient understanding of the structure and clearing processes of equity markets.
Attention-to-detail, good interpersonal skills, strong strategic and analytical thinking, strong market research, as well as fast learners.
Familiarity with data analysis software, programming languages, and data visualization tools will be a plus point.
Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

8. Instructor Operator

Job Descriptions:
Conduct training on the operation of heavy equipment provided by United Tractors
Observe the operation of heavy equipment
Create and generate reports based on training and observation outcomes
Develop instructional materials related to heavy equipment operation training

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as Instructor or Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinery
Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant major
Minimum GPA of 3.25
Able to speak English is advantageous
Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training
Skilled in using heavy machinery provided by UT machine, such as an excavator, a bulldozer, and a dump truck
