Administration Staff
Job Specifications:
Maximum 27 years old.
Minimum education level : Associate's degree (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting.
Proficient in operating Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates honesty, responsibility, high dedication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Possesses a minimum of 1 year of professional experience as an Administration Staff or in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing company.
Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, accounts payable and receivable, and other administrative functions.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, energetic demeanor, and strong motivation to achieve goals.
Hardworking, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Capable of operating a motorcycle and holding a valid Class C driver's license.
Familiarity with income tax deductions and tax invoices will be considered an advantage.
Willing to be placed in Medan Baru, North Sumatra.
Job Descriptions:
Oversee and manage daily activities, including petty cash transactions and invoicing.
Prepare and submit daily reports to the Branch Manager.
Monitor key financial and operational areas, including Accounts Receivable, Finished Goods Inventory (including monthly stock-taking), and Sales Rebates.
Address and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring the timely completion of reports.
Collaborate effectively with other departments and headquarters to ensure accurate and efficient.
