QC Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Assists QC. Manager in all aspects of laboratory activities.
Prepares daily analysis reports such as raw material receiving, utilities, in process and oil tanks.
Prepares Purchase Requisition for Chemicals, Glassware, Equipment and other stationary laboratory needs.
Prepares Monthly Quality Control Shift Schedule.
Carries out the special analysis and sample blending.
To ensure that sampling and analysis is done on time according to Quality Plan and result is communicated to the appropriate department.
To calibrate instrument especially for internal calibration.
Key in SAP system daily.
Responsible for Quality of water for HP Boiler according to specification requirement including while cleaning of Boiler.
Ensure ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, SMK3, Halal, RSPO System is maintained, monitored, implemented as per standard. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum bachelor's degree of Chemical Engineering or relevant major.
Can Communicate in English be a must (Speaking, Writing and Listening).
Willing to work in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara.
Willing to work as PKWT in the first one-year join.
Has experience at least three years in the relevant field.
Strong verbal and written communication for reporting findings and training chemists.
