1. Business Consultant

Responsibilities:
Develop networks and create channels to discover business opportunities in target markets.
Oversee the complete sales process, including prospecting, identifying customer needs, negotiating prices, and monitoring post-sales activities.
Preserve relationship with current customers and actively generate demand for our products.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (S1) from all major
Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from reputable university
Strong interest in sales and marketing activities
Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment products
Sales/entrepreneurship experience is a plus
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara branches

2. Parts & Service Sales

Responsibilities:
Achieve Product Support Sales targets by effectively managing customers through the entire process: identifying their needs, generating demand, and overseeing post-sales activities.
Maintaining relationship with customer by addressing customer complaints with effective solutions and recommendations.

Requirements:
Associate degree (D3) from all Engineering or similar major
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Eager to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment parts
Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitudes, and thrive in fast-paced environments
Sales/entrepreneurship & organization experience is a plus
Computer literacy is a must
Strong interest in Sales Activities
Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara branch, AHEMCE Group, and Astra

3. IT Application Development Staff

Responsibilities:
Oversee the development, enhancement, and resolution of issues related to both the front-end and back-end of non-SAP applications to efficiently support business operations.
Creating new applications, implementing changes, resolving bugs, and addressing system issues.
Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational goals, maintaining system efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree (S1) in Information System, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management
Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Proficient in using C#, JavaScript, and ASP .Net, along with integrating REST APIs
Exhibits proactivity and innovation in developing solutions
Demonstrate a good communication skill, able to work in a team and work under tight schedule
Proficient in English, both spoken and written

4. Legal Staff

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal support for Traknus Group by conducting through legal research, forming well-founded legal opinions, and effectively communicating legal matters to relevant internal users and departments.
Assist in legal agreement processes, including drafting, revising, and supervising contractual documents to ensure they align with company interest.
Handle legal issues and cases to prevent any potential disruptions to business operations, while representing the company in all legal-related relations and disputes.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law Major.
Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Exhibit a profound understanding of legal matters, showcase exceptional interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity
PERADI certification, practical experience in court, and other Legal-related experience is a plus
Computer literacy is a must
Proficient in English, both spoken and written

5. General Affair Expenses & Housekeeping Staff

Responsibilities:
As a General Affair Expenses & Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for calculating, managing, and monitoring GA operational expenses, as well as planning and managing housekeeping activities both at the Head Office and at Traktor Nusantara branches.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics & Management or a similar field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.
Knowledge and interest in General Affairs, expense management, and household management/facility maintenance.
Experience in operational expense management or similar responsibilities is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and drive. Able to work in a team and work under tight deadlines.
Computer literacy is a must.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Able to communicate in English proficiently, both spoken and written.

6. Human Capital Performance & Reward Staff

Responsibilities:
Developing an efficient system for collecting performance information and managing activities related to Performance Planning, Performance Review, and Performance Appraisal to ensure effectiveness and support the effectiveness of company’s business processes.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree (S1) from Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or other similar major
Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Knowledge and interest in People Management activities, especially related to performance management.
Relevant experience in Performance & Reward Management through work or internships is a plus
Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and drive. Able to work in a team and work under tight deadlines
Computer literacy is a must
Proficient in English, both spoken and written

7. Product Management Staff

Responsibilities:
Developing a marketing strategy and implementation
Managing and controlling product profitability
Developing the market share of a product
Compiling a price list and making a price policy by customer

Requirements:
Bachelor degree (S1) from all Engineering Major
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university
Interested in strategic marketing activities
Driven to learn about Traknus Product
Able to work in a team or individually
Have a good analytics thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive and work under tight schedules
Confident, self-motivated, target driven, detail oriented
Computer literacy is a must
Able to work in a team or individually
Fluent in English both oral and written

8. Parts Counter

Responsibilities:
Provide spare parts sales and other services to actively meet customer needs from creating demand to settlement
Carry out the quality business to achieve predetermined targets to support the achievement of profits and market share

Requirements:
Associate’s Degree (D3) in all majors
Minimum GPA of 3,00 (4 scaled) from a reputable university
Have an interest in field of marketing & sales
Must have strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, detail oriented and the ability to work under tight schedules
Highly capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Computer literacy is a must
