Responsibilities:
Achieve Product Support Sales targets by effectively managing customers through the entire process: identifying their needs, generating demand, and overseeing post-sales activities.

Associate degree (D3) from all Engineering or similar major

Responsibilities:
Oversee the development, enhancement, and resolution of issues related to both the front-end and back-end of non-SAP applications to efficiently support business operations.
Creating new applications, implementing changes, resolving bugs, and addressing system issues.
Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational goals, maintaining system efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree (S1) in Information System, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management
Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Proficient in using C#, JavaScript, and ASP .Net, along with integrating REST APIs

4. Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal support for Traknus Group by conducting through legal research, forming well-founded legal opinions, and effectively communicating legal matters to relevant internal users and departments.
Assist in legal agreement processes, including drafting, revising, and supervising contractual documents to ensure they align with company interest.
Handle legal issues and cases to prevent any potential disruptions to business operations, while representing the company in all legal-related relations and disputes.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law Major.
Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Exhibit a profound understanding of legal matters, showcase exceptional interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity
PERADI certification, practical experience in court, and other Legal-related experience is a plus

5. General Affair Expenses & Housekeeping Staff
Responsibilities:
As a General Affair Expenses & Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for calculating, managing, and monitoring GA operational expenses, as well as planning and managing housekeeping activities both at the Head Office and at Traktor Nusantara branches.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics & Management or a similar field.
