PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk, (MedcoEnergi) merupakan perusahaan publik di Indonesia yang bergerak dalam bidang energi terintegrasi. Perusahaan ini bermula dari sebuah perusahaan kontraktor pertikelir di bidang jasa pengeboran minyak dan gas bumi di daratan (onshore drilling), Meta Epsi Pribumi Drilling Co, yang didirikan Arifin Panigoro pada tanggal 9 Juni 1980. Bidang Usaha MedcoEnergi termasuk dalam bidang eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dan gas bumi, industri hilir: produksi LPG, distribusi bahan bakar disel dan pembangkit tenaga listrik. Saat ini MedcoEnergi beroperasi di 10 wilayah kerja minyak dan gas di Indonesia dan operasi internasional di Oman, Yaman, Libya dan Amerika Serikat.

Sebagian besar saham MedcoEnergi (50,7 %) dimiliki oleh Encore Energy Pte. Ltd. (terdiri dari 60,6% Encore International yang dimiliki pendiri dan 39,4% Mitsubishi), sebagian lagi sahamnya (49,3%) dimiliki oleh publik melalui bursa saham.

Human Resource Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

Lead, direct and manage the HR activities at the site

Ensure the compliance of the policies and procedures related to the Human Resources activities

Implement approved HR program including recruitment, compensation and benefit, Industrial Relation, performance management and Human Resource Management System

Create, adjust and update site employees job description

Provide advice to line management on all HR related issues

Be the communication link between employees and organization

Coordinate with Training Coordinator for all employees training needs

Execute Health, security, environmental and safety rules regulations of the company

Practice recommended behaviors that adhere to core values of the company

Implements and complies with company rules and policies

Performs other related duties that may be assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Management, Psychology, Law and relevant major

Minimum 5 years of working experience

Good Knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law

Good communication and reporting skill both verbal and in writing, specifically in English language

Enthusiasm to learn new knowledge and systems

Good logical thinking

Proactive attitude

Willing to work on weekends, holiday, and overtime as necessary

Willing to travel and relocate in Tarutung, North Sumatra

Having multi-cultural knowledge and working experience
